Yoga for Grown-ups

Has your body become stiff and painful from years of sitting or standing? Are you healing from injuries? Are you looking for a nurturing way to move your grown-up body? This class is for you! Nourish joints, muscles, and fascia by slowing down, moving gently, and reconnecting with your body just as it is today. You do not to be fixed. Take one morning a week to practice kindness toward yourself. Please bring a yoga mat (and you’ll want a blanket, too).
Sundays, 6:00 – 7:15 PM
Thursdays, 4:30 – 5:45 PM
Ritual – Yoga, Meditation & Sound
This class emphasizes precise attention, subtle alignment, and conscious breath. The fundamentals of the physical poses are supplemented with the philosophy and energetic principles of yoga. Everything we do in class arises from and returns to the ground of kindness, honesty, and letting go.
