Give yourself an afternoon of pampering and restoration. Nurturing and naptime aren’t just for kindergartners. Our adult bodies, minds and emotions need extra care during seasonal transitions. Let yourself be nourished with this immersion into gentle breath, movement and supported stillness. There will also be time to learn more about how to bring more self-care into your daily life. Bring a yoga mat & blanket.
Restorative yoga uses props (blankets, bolsters, blocks) to support you in coming to a place of rest. The seasonal practice is appropriate and nurturing for all.
